The primary goal of this committee is to attract, involve and develop the future leaders for the chapter. This committee provides a means for members to derive the greatest benefit from their participation in the chapter’s many volunteer activities, while developing their skills to enable them to become leaders within the chapter.
AWARDS COMMITTEE Hard work deserves recognition! Manage the nomination and selection process for the chapter awards given at our annual June event. This committee is responsible for all chapter award processes including the call for nominations, managing the evaluation process of the nominations with previous award winners, ordering the engraved awards and producing certificates.
THE FRED KNIEBERG, CMP MENTOR PROGRAM This program is designed to provide growth for experienced meeting professionals through nurturing and assisting in the development of newer members. The committee will be responsible for pairing Mentors and Mentees and for tracking their progress.
