Your Volunteer Development Committee is here to serve our current and future volunteers and we're committed to making your experience in MPI D/FW the very best it can be by providing the highest possible ROI (Return on Involvement) possible.

Our objectives for your volunteer experience are to:

• Consistently ensure opportunities are available, allowing volunteers to contribute and feel they are making a difference.
• Dedicate the necessary resources toward proper training, development, recognition and transition of our volunteers.
• Develop pathways where volunteers and their employer organizations benefit from their involvement and are able to give back to the industry.
