Did you know . . .
The D/FW Chapter is the 6th largest MPI chapter in the world
The D/FW Chapter has 993 chapter members as of March 3, 2009
The D/FW Chapter Membership Goal is to have 1,000+ members
How it works . . .
You must be a current D/FW Chapter member to participate in this Challenge.
Each new member that you recruit qualifies you to receive a $25 check from the chapter. As an additional token of thanks, you will get one free monthly chapter meeting.
Once a new members application is processed and approved at MPI International, our Chapter is notified.
Upon notification, the Membership Committee contacts each new member to ascertain if they were recruited by a current D/FW Chapter Member.
When the new member notes that you recruited them, you receive the $25 and the coupon for a free monthly chapter meeting.
Note . . .
There is NO limit on the number of free meetings or chapter checks that you can earn during the recruitment promotion.
Student, renewal, reinstated or subscriber memberships do not qualify as a new member recruitment.
Only one person can receive recruiting credit on each new member the Chapter receives.
Grand Prize
There will be a Grand Prize drawing on June 9, 2010 after the Chapter receives the listing of the May new members. Any current D/FW Chapter member who recruits two or more new members during the 2009-2010 term will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing for a free year of chapter events (all monthly meetings, galas, educational sessions, networking events, etc.) or renewal of your MPI membership, a $325 value.
Subscriber Member Campaign
In addition to the recruitment campaign we have for new members, we are rolling out a new campaign to increase our subscriber members. If you know of an MPI member who lives out of town or out of state, but does business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, they are ideal candidates. For every person you refer who becomes a subscriber member, we will give you one free monthly meeting. The same rules apply for this as to the new member recruitment campaign, but there is no cap to the number of awards you can win.
Benefits of becoming a subscriber member:
- Be able to network with one of the largest MPI chapters.
- Have access to directories and contacts.
- Get the Current and all chapter updates.
- Be eligible to serve on different committees.
- Make new friends and business connections in one of the top business markets in the US.
Becoming a subscriber member of the DFW chapter is very inexpensive, currently $100.
